Rihanna, Nicki Minaj and Selena Gomez are just some of the pop stars in Las Vegas tonight for the 2011 Billboard Music Awards — the mag’s first awards show since 2007. While inside the MGM Grand Garden Arena it’s all about who topped the charts this year, outside on the “white” carpet, it’s all about clothes.
