The father/son duo from the television show “American Chopper”, are in a dirty lawsuit with father Paul Teutul wanting a million from his son Paul M. Teutul. Read more on the lawsuit below.
Paul Teutul, Sr. is suing his son Paul M. Teutul, claiming there was a deal between them in which the father could purchase his son’s stock in their motorcycle company, Orange County Choppers Holdings, Inc.
Paul Teutul sent his son a letter stating that he was exercising the option to buy his son’s stock. But Paul M. Teutul wouldn’t agree.
And Paul Teutul is also suing Orange County Choppers, Inc.
In the lawsuit, Teutul, Sr. is suing his son for damages in excess of $1 million, and also wants an order from the judge to force his son to give up the stock in question.
