Kristen and Dax have dated for several years, just after Dax’s relationship with Kate Hudson had ended.
Bell, 29, and Shepard, 35, are currently costarring in “When in Rome.”
At Sunday night’s Grammy awards show, Kristen wore her engagement ring, her rep confirmed the actress became engaged over the holidays.
