A bus that crashed early Sunday that was carrying members of the band “Weezer”, injuring their frontman Rivers Cuomo and another passenger. Read more on Weezer’s bus crash below.

The bus carrying the band members of Weezer crashed on Sunday morning, leaving two people injured.

The band was traveling from their show in Tonronto, Ontario to Boston, Massachusetts for their Monday night performance. There was approximately two inches of snow and ice on the roads and the driver lost control of the bus at around 7:30 a.m.

Weezer’s bus began sliding along the New York State Thruway, hitting reflective posts and the guardrail before landing in the ditch.

Weezer’s frontman, Rivers Cuomo, was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital along with another passenger.

Other passengers including Cuomo’s daughter and wife that were on the bus were not injured.
