Joyce Dewitt, the actress from “Three’s Company”, has been charged with driving under the influence. Read more on DeWitt’s charges below.
DeWitt’s charges include one count of driving under the influence and one for driving with a blood alcohol over .08%, that stem from her arrest earlier this year. Joyce was arrested in El Segundo, Calif. on July 4 by police after officers say they saw her drive through a barricade.
Police said they administered a field sobriety test on the 60-year-old after police officers say they observed signs of alcohol intoxication.
The LA District attorney filed the complaint yesterday, and results showed DeWitt was almost two times over the legal limit.
