Chalke and her fiance Jamie Afifi welcomed their first child, a son they named Charlie Rhodes on Christmas Eve.

Sarah Chalke, who plays Dr. Elliot Reid on the show “Scrubs”, announced her pregnancy last August.

Actress Chalke and Afifi have been engaged since December 2006. Sarah’s former co-star Jude Reyes who played “Carla” gave birth to a daughter in November.
